The BLACK DWARF. 7 Carlisle Street, London WIA 4PZ THE SHAPE OF LIVING SCHOOL Place: LSE. Dates: July 28, 29, 30. Times: all day from 10 am onwards. Five themes will run through this anti-authoritarian project, organised by Schools Action Union and LSE Socialist Society with many others participating. They are: Education, Political ideas, Political Action, Communications, and Fun. Inevitably, the themes will overlap. The School will be organised to allow a maximum amount of choice of activities. There will be School will result in on-going groups and actions.
Education will discuss the content and structure of education as at present, the deologies behind it, and the possibilities of Dipts on groups will be ed by engles and. eform, from the abolition of examinations down to criticism pupils experience the present impossibilities. So far the education group has agreed to start off on the Monday morning with a general discussion of the authority set up in schools, going on in the afternoon to criticise the way syllabuses are defined and to talk about our attitude to exams. In the early evening 5.30 to 7.30 there will be information about abmmittes, and a gentral discussion about the industrial junior workers' situation of apprentices and young workers On Tuesday more general stuff on the way ideas behind education.
